Warranty of Goods/Services
- All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
Prices
- All our prices are nett. Prices are subjected to 5% GST.
Payment Processing
- We only accept NETS, Cash & Corporate cheque payments and other bank facilities.
- We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
- Deposits for order of goods not taken up on the specified date of collection will be forfeited.
- If the orders are cancelled, deposits are not returnable.
Exchange & Refunds
- All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
